Let me say first that I like his head. Leonidas's expression and massive underbite give him a fierce appearance. I would suggest extending his left cheekbone out. You've given him a very prominent right cheekbone, and left the opposite one almost non-existent.

There are a number of things on this page that really don't jive well, primarily with regards to anatomy. To illustrate, make a fist and look at it from different angles. You'll notice it's almost impossible to see both the back of the hand and the tops of the fingertips above the nail at the same time. Leo's spear hand seems to be missing a finger, and those he does have seem to be distended.

The same problem happens in the placement of his shoulders. One shouldn't be able to see both his navel and his back at the same time. Remember, our ribs and shoulders are locked together. You can't move your shoulders significantly without moving your ribcage too. The abdominals would start where you have them at the waist, and then make a sharp turn up to the bottom of the rib cage. The abs on his left side wouldn't be visible.

The shoulder on his Shield arm is raised higher than his Spear arm. If he's guarding an attack, it would make sense to raise the shield, but his left arm seems to be at rest, so his shoulder should be as well. One thing I do a lot when I'm drawing is to try and mimic the pose I'm trying to create. If it feels uncomfortable to me, it looks uncomfortable on my character. If Leonidas is using his shield to defend, he will lower his spear arm to throw his weight against the shield. If he's raising his spear above his head, he will lower his shield arm. Raising both shoulders puts strain on the trapezius, the muscles at the top of your back. Unless he's holding something very heavy above his head or throwing both arms up in triumph, it's not a pose one uses often.

Leonidas' legs don't seem to offer him any stability. His Left Leg looks solid enough, but with his right leg shooting out to the side like that, it looks like he's been shot in the hamstring and is falling backward.

Lastly, a word on composition. Leonidas is facing in the opposite direction of his soldiers' phalanx formation and away from the edge of the cliff in the distance. Thematically, it would make more sense for him to be facing the other way.
